Customer Service Representative

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable clerical and administrative experience? Do you have previous customer service experience and are comfortable interacting with people over the phone? Dean Group has the position for you!

Dean Group, in partnership with our reputable client in Waterloo, is currently recruiting for 25+ permanent customer service representatives. These positions start at $15/hour with the potential for additional bonuses with benefits included!

This position is in a call centre environment. Shift start and end times will range from 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, however the majority of shifts will be completed by 9:00 PM. Candidates who are flexible for all shifts will be given a preference. These positions are on a bus route and you will also have access to a large parking lot with lots of free parking.

Job Duties:

  • Answering all incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Researching and verifying any customer issues
  • Helping to monitor delivery time frames and any change in order status
  • Maintaining client files electronically
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to communicate with others over the phone
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team setting
