Dean Group is excited to announce an amazing new opportunity in the manufacturing industry! In partnership with our client in Kitchener, we are currently recruiting for temporary to permanent machine operators and assemblers.

These positions start at $16.76-$18.05/hour depending on your level experience and shift. After training/probation is completed, employees will receive a wage increase! We have afternoons (2:45PM-11PM) and nights (Sunday – Thursday 10:45PM-7AM) available – straight shifts!

What you’ll be doing:

Assemblers and machine operators will be responsible for working in both the automated welding department as well as the subassembly department. You will be loading parts into a weld machine, transferring parts over to assembly area where you will use hand tools to bolt parts together, and finally you will remove parts from the line and rack them. You will be switching areas every two hours.

  • You can lift 30-35 lbs. safely
  • Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset
