Part Time Payroll Specialist

Dean Group is recruiting a Part-Time Payroll Specialist for a reputable Guelph Manufacturing client. Pay rate is $20-$25/hr and hours of work will be 16-20 hours per week. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience 
  • Ba able to work indepenedtly 
  • Experience with Ceridian
  • Experience with Kronos
  • Coordinate employee benefits and administration as necessary
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit payroll deductions and remittances on a timely basis and ensure records are up to date
  • Prepare reconciliations for payroll accounts
