Dean Group, in partnership with our reputable client in Waterloo, is currently recruiting for 40+ customer service representatives

Current we are recruiting for the following roles:

Customer Service Representative

  • Hourly wage starts at $15/hour with a shift deferential; additional $0.50/hour after 6pm.
  • Must be available 8am – 12 am, although the shift will not be that entire length
  • Must be available Monday - Sunday, although you will have two days off in a row

Customer Service Representative 

  • Hourly wage starts at $16.75/hour with a shift deferential; additional $0.50/hour after 6pm, and additional $1/hour for overnight shifts.
  • Operational hours are 24/7 with majority of the shifts falling between 7 am – 11pm                         
  • Must be available Monday - Sunday, although you will have two days off in a row

These positions are in a call centre environment and candidates MUST have a flexible availability. Our client is on a bus route in Waterloo and also has a large parking lot available with lots of free parking.

Job Duties:

  • Answering all incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Researching and verifying any customer issues
  • Helping to monitor delivery time frames and any change in order status
  • Maintaining client files electronically
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to communicate with others over the phone
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team setting
