Overview:
We are looking for an Inspector to join our busy manufacturing client. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting overall production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out non-destructive testing (NDT) on components and assemblies
- Review drawings, specifications, and procedures to verify accuracy
- Record results, prepare reports, and keep organized documentation
- Promote safe work practices and follow workplace standards
- Cooperate with production staff, supervisors, and technical teams
Requirements:
- Commitment to health and safety in the workplace
- MT Level 2 and PT Level 2, plus two of the following:
- CEDO certification
- UT CGSB-1
- RT CGSB-1
- 2+ years fabrication/machining inspection experience
- 5+ years fabrication, machining, or welding experience
- Certified Weld Inspector (AWS-CWI or CWB2)
- Previous background in heavy industry or large-scale manufacturing
- Proficiency with computers and strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift options (days, afternoons, or weekends)
